Impostor Syndrome...it is a liar...
Over the years I've been asked if I teach oil painting. Well, I'll admit to you I had what is called Impostor Syndrome; I would question myself " who am I to teach?", "I wouldn't be good at that", "no one wants to hear from me". etc.
Well, recently I learned those were lies I was telling myself, or really, the enemy was telling me. When I finally realized these were lies and fears holding me back, I jumped at the chance to teach. Fear will not control me, if my heart wants it then I know it is the right thing to do!
I took the leap of faith and began teaching....turns out, I'm pretty good at it!
